The paper we supply is 100gsm and 80gsm sublimation transfer paper, the whiteness is about 86, the widest is 1860mm, transfer rate is more than 93%, standard length is 100m, special specifications can be customized, normal specification in the market is 432mm(17”), 610mm(24”), 914mm(36”), 1118mm(44”), 1500mm(60”),1620mm(64”) these six specifications. Transfer temperature is 200-210; time is 15-20 seconds, suit for the piezoelectric inkjet printer. The paper can transfer on chemical fiber material like Dacron, spandex, ice silk, non-woven fabric, lexica, oxford cloth etc., and the cotton blend fabric its content not more than 30%, glass, leather, metal.

Crimping is mainly rub print head, effect the useful life of print head, and also is not convenience to cut the paper. Reason:

The paper is be affected with damp Air drying Affected by too much ink The back of paper is not coated The widest the paper is, the easiest to crimp. The paper incline to one side when printing 

In the printing process, the paper incline to one side, the mainly reason is the coating of paper is no uniform.The highest is 1200*1440DPI

Be sure to use the sublimation transfer ink, the disperse dyes used for making ink, in a transfer temperature will produce sublimation and printing dyeing, good quality sublimation ink not plug the nozzle, vivid color, good stability.
